Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours if they have not yet been processed. To request a cancellation email arvees99@yahoo.co.in with your order number.
Refunds
If eligible, refunds are processed via Razorpay to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank, card issuer, and Razorpay settlement schedule.
Non-Refundable Items
- Personalized or custom products
- Digital content once access is granted
- Products marked “non-returnable” on the product page
Chargebacks
In the case of a bank chargeback, we will provide Razorpay and the bank with transaction records. Invalid chargebacks will be contested.
