1. Account & Login Issues

  • I didn’t receive a login email or access link.
  • I forgot my password.
  • I purchased a product but cannot access it.

If you face any of the above issues, email us from the same registered email ID used during payment.

2. Access to Digital Products

Most of our products (books, resources, etc.) are provided digitally.

  • You may receive access via link or login panel.
  • Online access is typically granted immediately after payment.

Please allow up to 30 minutes in case of payment queue delays.

3. Payment & Billing

All payments are securely processed through Razorpay.

  • No card or UPI details are stored on our servers.
  • You will receive a payment receipt automatically.
  • If you need an invoice, email us with your Order ID.
IMPORTANT: Razorpay may take a few minutes to confirm your payment depending on your bank or network.

4. Refund & Cancellation

Refunds are limited because our content is digital.

We will consider a refund only if:

  • You were charged but did not receive access.
  • A technical issue from our side prevents product delivery.
  • Your request is filed within 7 days of purchase.

No refund for:

  • Completed access or downloaded digital content.
  • Change of mind or dissatisfaction.
  • Account sharing or breach of Terms.

Refunds are processed only to the original payment method via Razorpay.

5. Duplicate or Failed Payments

If your bank charged you twice or payment failed but amount was deducted:

  • Send a screenshot of bank SMS or transaction.
  • Provide Razorpay ID or UTR number.

We will verify and process a refund if applicable.

Q: I didn’t receive any email after purchase.
A: Check spam/junk. If still missing, email support with your transaction ID.

Q: How do I access my digital product?
A: You will receive access instructions via email after successful payment.

Q: Can I share my login or downloaded material?
A: No. Sharing, copying or redistribution is prohibited and may cause permanent account suspension.

Q: Do you offer physical books or shipping?
A: Unless clearly mentioned, our products are digital and delivered online.

Q: How long will it take to reply to a support email?
A: We typically respond within 7 business days.
