Thank you for purchasing from DrVenkys.com. Because our products are primarily digital and educational in nature, our refund policy is intentionally clear to protect both our customers and our intellectual property.

Important: We offer digital access to learning resources.
Once access is delivered, refunds are limited and evaluated case-by-case.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

A refund may be considered only when:

  • You have been successfully charged but did not receive product access.
  • There is a clear technical failure on our side preventing access.
  • The issue is reported within 7 days of the transaction.

Requests must be submitted from your registered email ID with valid proof of purchase.

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Digital content once access / download link is delivered.
  • Online books, PDFs, e-learning content after access is granted.
  • Products marked “non-returnable” at the time of purchase.
  • Refund requests filed after the eligible period.
  • Situations involving misuse, unauthorized sharing, or piracy.
  • Change of mind, dissatisfaction, or lack of expected results.

Educational outcome is not guaranteed. Our offerings are informational, motivational, and self-development based.

3. Cancellations

Cancellations may be allowed only before order processing begins. Once digital access is activated, cancellations are not possible.

4. How to Request a Refund

  • Order number / Transaction ID
  • Payment date and method

  • Clear reason for refund
  • Screenshots, if there is an access issue

Incomplete or unverifiable requests will not be accepted.

5. Refund Processing Time

If approved, refunds are processed through Razorpay to the original payment method only.

Processing time depends on:

  • Customer bank or card issuer
  • National settlement cycles
  • Razorpay refund timelines

The Company has no control over banking delays.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

If a chargeback is initiated, we will provide Razorpay and banks with transaction logs and digital access records.

Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of account access
  • Legal action or collections
  • Permanent ban from future purchases

7. Duplicate or Errors

If you are charged twice for the same order due to a payment glitch, please provide:

  • Screenshot of the bank SMS/statement
  • Transaction reference (UTR / Razorpay ID)

Verified duplicate payments will be refunded.
